Social Distancing in Style: Part 4 of?
Welcome back mis amigos! It's been almost 2 full months of quarantine and even though the mental breakdowns have subsided, I am beyond over it okay? The weather last weekend was a dream and a major indicator of how over it everyone else is as well. Every single park was filled with people and social distancing went right out the window. It's like I get it but also, please don't do this. As much as I am dying to get back to normal life, I'm not ready to risk it all just yet. Anyway, on Saturday, we found a super cute and secluded residential area where we spent a big chunk of the day walking around and soaking up the sun. It was even more enjoyable than going to a park because the lack of people we had to dodge made it completely stress free.
Alright guys, so I've fully and shamelessly jumped on the chunky gold necklace bandwagon. I don't tend to follow trends too much but every now and then I’ll see a trend that I love and what Jam loves, Jam buys. When it comes to trends, I feel like it makes more sense to go for affordable options because chances are what's trending this season might not be by next season. How much would it suck to spend a bunch of money on something just for someone to judge you for wearing it 3 months later? Don't get me wrong, always wear whatever makes your heart happy but in case you're someone who cares about trends I would encourage spending less on them. Anyway, not sure how I got into a whole tangent on trend spending but we're back on track now. I've never been a big fan of sweatshirts until recently and now I can't get enough of them. They're super easy to style and this one in particular comes in so many different colors at an unbeatable price. I styled it with some old biker shorts, sneakers and my favorite new sunnies. All direct outfit links (or similar) will be listed below. See you beauties next time! xoxo
Shorts: Zara (these are old and I unfortunately can't find any with a similar scallop hem that are still in stock, but here is a great quality plain option)
Sneakers: Puma (got these as a gift years ago. Can't find the exact shoe but here is an identical model)
