Celebrating Love

Hi friends! Welcome back! Today's post is all about love. Jason and I went to a wedding for one of my best friends last weekend and it was literally the most fun I've had in 2 years. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the bride and groom looked incredible, the food was delicious, and we danced our butts off all night! This was the first major event with a big group of people that we have been to since the world betrayed us last March and it did not disappoint. It was so nice to see so many faces smiling and laughing and just all around living their best lives. It was a reminder that even though things still aren't so great in the world right now, there is still so much to celebrate and be grateful for. As the old song says, love will keep us together.

And speaking of love. Let's talk about this dress. As I'm sure you guys are very well aware at this point, I am not much of a dress person. This season I've tried to incorporate more of them into my wardrobe to add some variety to my very denim filled closet. Thankfully, I've seen so many amazing dresses being sold in stores that it wasn't very difficult to find some great options for myself. I also knew I had a few events to go to this summer that would require me to dress up which made dress shopping even more exciting. I said let's talk about this dress several sentences ago and I still haven't even mentioned it *face palm*. Okay for real this time. Of all the dresses I have purchased this summer, this one is by far my favorite. If I'm being completely honest, it's probably my favorite dress of all time. I have never felt more confident in a dress as I did in this one. No surprise here, but I was heavily influenced to get this one after seeing it on Instagram. I knew it would be perfect to wear to a wedding, but I get nervous about dresses that you can't wear a bra with because, well, boobs. I went ahead and bought it anyway hoping for the best and wow! Everything about this dress is so flattering. The back has an adjustable tie string so you can make it tighter or looser based on your preference which makes it big boob friendly. If you're looking for a dress for any occasion whether it's a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, etc., I would definitely recommend this brand. All outfit details are listed below. Until next time, tootles sugar plums! Xoxo

Congratulations Jenny & Ryan!! We love you guys!! <3
