Hi everyone! Welcome back! I'm going to get right into the purpose of this post. So you all know how much I love bodysuits right? I've mentioned more than once how convenient they are for someone like me who tucks 99% of her tops into her bottoms. Unfortunately, when it comes to chunky sweaters, tucking becomes a bit of a struggle because of the bunching it leaves inside of your pants/skirt. There's the "tuck your sweater into your bra" trick, but I find that to be pretty uncomfortable to be honest. Anyway, I recently discovered a game changing item of clothing. A chunky sweater that is also a bodysuit. Whaat?? Yes, you read that right. Okay, I'm being a bit dramatic, but honestly this solves such a big problem for me. There is no need to worry about trying to figure out how to get that "perfect tuck" with your sweater when it is essentially already tucked for you.
I found this gem when I was doing my weekly browse of the "new in" section on Zara's website. At the end of October I decided not to spend money on material items for myself for the month of November (at least until Black Friday). Of course I came across this beautiful knit creation and just couldn't help myself. To be fair, I did a poll on Instagram and asked if I should cave or control myself. I believe 60% voted for me to cave so if you were one of those people then you only have yourself to blame. Just kidding, I would have bought it anyway. I am so glad I decided to make an exception for this piece because it is perfection. It's super thick and heavy so it will be great for cooler days. It is also very comfortable so you can wear it around the house if you're having one of those "I feel like getting dressed today even though I have nowhere to go" days. The weather was cool this day, but not cold so I styled it with a pair of ripped jeans, a turtleneck (always), and snake print booties. All outfit details are listed below.
