Hi friends! Welcome back! I'm back this week with another vest look! My birthday is tomorrow so this past weekend, Jason took me out for an amazing early birthday brunch and I wanted to wear something a little different than my usual denim looks. I randomly spotted this set online a couple weeks ago and I just knew I needed it in my life. As I mentioned last week, I am very into vests right now and I also love a good matching set so this was a no-brainer. The fact that it was linen was another immediate selling point for me. Linen is one of my favorite materials for the warmer months. It's chic and breathable so you're less likely to sweat uncontrollably even if it's super hot out.
What I love the most about this set is that both individual pieces will also look great styled on their own. I plan on styling the vest with jeans and denim shorts throughout the summer and the shorts with bodysuits, tanks and crop tops. The long length and loose fit of the shorts is great too because it creates a good contrast if you do decide to wear a really fitted or cropped top. The set also comes in a nice standard linen beige color as well. You guys already know I had to go with the pink because one thing about me, if it comes in pink, I'm buying it.
