Hi friends! Welcome back! The weather last weekend was amazing, so Jason and I decided to spend Saturday at the Greenwood Gardens. It was nice to be outside all day without a jacket. It finally feels like spring is fully upon us and summer is quickly approaching. Naturally, when I go anywhere and I like my outfit, I have to document it so this is what I wore. Okay look, I know I've worn nothing but jeans in the last few months, but I feel like if that says anything at all it's that my ability to find an endless amount of ways to style denim is pretty impressive. I mean, at this point I should just teach a masterclass, right? Or do a TED talk! Just kidding. I have severe stage fright and can't even bring myself to talk for 30 seconds in my Instagram stories.
Anyway, for this week's denim look, I styled my trusty custom vintage Levi's with a leather vest that I purchased last year. I have to admit, when vests started trending again last year, I was skeptical about it. As usual, it wasn't because I didn't like them, but more so because I thought they would look silly on me because of the fact that my chest area is a bit on the larger side. There are so may tops that I love, but look ridiculous in because of this reason so I thought this would be one of those circumstances. Turns out I was wrong! Since I got this vest and loved how it looked, I decided to purchase a couple more over the last couple of months and I'm in love with the fit of both of them. I'll be styling them throughout the spring/summer so stay tuned for that, but we got off track here, so back to this week's outfit. I added a white tee (of course), my cream loafers, and a baseball cap. It was the perfect comfy, but stylish look for a day of walking around and enjoying the weather.
**All outfit details are listed below. Until next time, tootles sugar plums! Xoxo.
