Western Twist

Hi friends! Welcome back! Okay, I really do feel like I'm back in the swing of things now. I haven't felt this excited about an outfit in months and it's bringing life back into me. I'm remembering how much I love styling outfits and how much joy wearing cute outfits brings me. Despite these well-thought-out outfits you see here, 98% of the time I'm at home dressed like Adam Sandler so it's always a confidence boost when I get dressed, put on a little makeup and enter society. Now let's get into this look!

So full disclosure, I can't take full credit for this outfit. This is a recreation of a look I loved from one of my favorite influencers. What sold me on the outfit was the belt and how much it elevated a pair of jeans. I live for a good statement belt styled with a simple outfit and this one was absolutely perfect so I immediately purchased it. At this point in the summer, I'm not really shopping for fall yet, but I'm also done shopping for summer so I look for pieces that I can wear now, but also transition into fall and this belt is perfect for that. The big buckle gives a subtle western vibe that I'm very into right now and I added a little kitten heel to give the look a bit of a chic twist.
