The Obsession Continues

Hi friends! Welcome back! Nothing to see here, just your girl in another pair of drawstring denim. This time I styled it with an oversized striped shirt because I’m unpredictable and exciting. I know these are a trend right now but I truly hope it sticks around for a few years because this is now my 3rd pair in the last month so I need to get my money’s worth. I really do try to steer clear of spending a lot of money on trends but I am OBSESSED with this one.

Also, while we’re on the topic of shorts, if you’re someone who has never felt comfortable wearing shorts because of the short length, I have great news for you! Longer length and looser fit styles have completely taken over so now is a really great time to dip your toe back into the shorts pool. Personally, I have always loved denim shorts, even the super short pairs, but, now that I’m older, I am loving these longer lengths. So much so that I refuse to wear shorts that aren’t at least mid thigh length and even that’s pushing it. Anyway, that’s all I wanted to ramble on about today.
