Hi friends! Welcome back! It's no secret that I am a huge fan of the socks with loafers look. I would normally stick to plain white socks, but more recently I've developed a full blown sock obsession. I must have purchased a total of twelve new pairs of socks in the last couple of months. For casual denim looks, I think adding a colorful pair of socks can be a really fun way to make your outfit a little more interesting which is important to me as someone who wears almost exclusively denim. As much as I love my jeans, I do worry about my outfits looking too similar, which can be boring, so I'm always looking for new and creative ways to spice things up.
We've all seen a ton of looks with red socks, but I realized I haven't seen too many people venturing out into some other bold colors. Pink is always my go-to when I want to add some color to my looks, so I thought it would be cool to try out a hot pink pair with my new cream loafers that I am obsessed with. I added my favorite beanie, which happened to match pretty perfectly with the socks, and I draped a cream sweater over my coat to tie in to the loafers.
