Social Distancing in Style: Part 2 of ?

Welcome back amigos! I'm sure everyone has been dying for an update on what exciting quarantine activities I've been up to since last week and boy are you all in for a treat! Jk. All I've done for 4 weeks straight is binge TV shows/movies, shop for clothes online that I won't be able to wear until God knows when, and eat. I applaud you guys who have the will power and motivation to do daily at-home workouts because the laziness is REAL over here okay? Speaking of will power, Jason and I gave up red meat for Lent and we made it the full 40 days! As proud as I am of us for not caving, I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a struggle for me, especially during this time. Easter Sunday rolled around and we dove head first into a plate of burgers and hot dogs. All of a sudden I feel like myself again. No seriously, yesterday was the best I've felt in a while. I thought it was because of the stress brought on by everything going on in the world, but now I've decided it was due to the lack of red meat in my diet. No one can convince me otherwise so don't even bother trying. Oh right, this is a fashion blog isn't it?

I know no one knows how much longer we'll be confined to our homes but that shouldn't stop us from flaunting our cute outfits. If we can't show them off in person, there's always social media right? It was another beautiful day out (of course because why wouldn't the weather be perfect when we can't fully enjoy it) so we found a secluded area and documented this fun, comfy, casual outfit. Look familiar? Yup, it's one of the flat lays I styled a few weeks back. I'm sure you've seen this tee on a few other influencers and for good reason. It's one of those tees you can style a bunch of different ways and it'll look cool every time. It's sold in one size and fits really oversized, so if you're on the smaller/shorter side you can even wear it as a dress! I styled mine with my new Everlane jeans this time. I'm between sizes in jeans so it can be tough to find the perfect fit when shopping online. I definitely could have gone a size down in these, but I decided I liked the looser fit so I kept them and I love them. I would say to take your true size. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser fit or size down for a tighter fit. I threw on my favorite slides and a cute scrunchy and pretended I was heading to a spring picnic in the park. All direct outfit links (or similar) are listed below. See you sugar plums next time! xoxo
