Pink Is A Neutral

Hi friends! Welcome back! Of all of the coats I own and love, the one I have been the most excited to bring back out is, by far, my beloved pink coat. I have a very hard time deciding which coat I love more between this one and my long black one. We'll call it a tie. I typically wouldn't suggest purchasing a coat in a super bright color unless you're someone that loves color and can make it work with most of the pieces in your wardrobe. For example, as everyone knows, pink is my favorite color and has been my entire life. For me, pink is 100% a neutral because based on the items in my wardrobe, I can style it just as easily as I can style beige, brown, black, grey, or white.

I'm usually dressed pretty casually so this coat is a great way to elevate my looks, as shown in this week's outfit. I went with a double denim look, which is a tried and true combo, but I wanted to spice it up a bit. This bright pink long coat was the perfect solution for that. It's the perfect show-stopping piece to distract from the fact that your outfit underneath isn't that exciting. I styled it with a pair of loafers and rolled up my jeans to have a little bit of my socks peeking through (a look that I've been loving lately).

**All outfit details are listed below. Most items are old unfortunately, but I'll link similar options as always. Until next time, tootles sugar plums! Xoxo.
