Double Denim: Embracing the Dark Wash Trend

Hi friends! Welcome back! Keeping things very simple this week with a go-to double denim look, but this time we're going full medium/dark wash which is a little different for me. I'm definitely more of a light wash girly, but I have been finding myself being more drawn to dark wash denim lately. I don't know if it's because I'm getting a little older, but something about the darker washes just feels so clean and put together.

It was a fun Saturday filled with wedding dress shopping for one of my besties, followed by lunch, then walking around one of my favorite little towns and then dinner. I styled my favorite denim button down (remind me to get this in the lighter wash too because it's perfect) with a pair or denim shorts, a white bodysuit, tennis-style sneakers, and a fun little pop of red featuring this Amazon bag I love. This felt like the perfect outfit for when you know you're going to be running around, but still want to feel really cute because you don't know where the day will take you.
