Dainty Summer Tops

Hi friends! Welcome back! Admittedly, I am still working on getting back into the swing of consistently blogging since we moved. I was living in a fantasy world where I thought I would fully be back on track after a few weeks and that has very much not been the case. Nevertheless, I am feeling so grateful and excited for this new chapter and my motivation to put together cute outfits is creeping back in. Great for my mental health, bad for my wallet (and my husband's). Anyway, let's get into this look!

I am a huge fan of cute little, easy, breezy, dainty summer tops. On a super hot day (which has been every day this summer) tops like these are perfect for keeping cool and looking cute at the same time. The key is to stick to 100% cotton or linen fabrics which can be pricey, and personally, I don't like to spend a lot on summer tops because it just feels silly to me to spend so much money on so little fabric, you know? So, I did some digging and I took a chance on this cutie top I came across on Amazon and it was perfect! I felt like a modern day chic prairie girl.
