Hi friends! Welcome back! I took a bit of a break from blogging last week, mainly because it was gross out all weekend and I couldn’t bring myself to care much about what I had on. Luckily, I’m feeling motivated again so get ready for lots of fun summer looks, starting with this one. As we all know, because I won’t shut up about it, I am a casual girl all the way. However, this spring/summer, I have been seeing so many gorgeous dresses so I’ve made a conscious effort to incorporate some into my wardrobe. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved the white dress I wore on my birthday, so I set out to find more dresses that were just as flattering on me. Success!
I found this blue beauty on Zara’s website. I thought it would be a cute, easy dress to wear on really warm summer days. I wore it on a 90-degree day and it was perfect. Now that I’m looking at it again, it kind of reminds me of the dresses that nurses used to wear in the 40’s. If you’ve seen the tv show Ratched then you know what I’m talking about. I‘m not gonna lie, I’m into it even more now. Those nurse's outfits were cute! I styled it with bubble gum pink accessories and I felt like a human pack of Bubble Yum but in the most stylish way possible. All outfit details are listed below.
