Hi friends! Welcome back! How many pink shirts are too many? I know it's getting out of hand, but of all the oversized shirts I own, I always find myself reaching for my pink ones the most. I just feel like pink is the color that makes me feel the most like me. What I love about pink button downs, specifically, is that there are so many different shades of it that you can have 10 of them and they will all look slightly different. This is how I justify all of mine at least, *shrugs.*
I actually purchased this shirt from the same brand as the purple blazer that I wore in last week's post. Much like the purple blazer, when I saw this shirt, I just knew I had to have it. As I've mentioned before, oversized button downs are one of the most versatile pieces of clothing you can add to your wardrobe. There are SO many ways to style them, and they're sold at so many different price points so they're attainable for every budget. In the summer, I love to wear them with shorts because the contrast of the long sleeves makes for a really clean and put together look. The material (usually cotton or linen) is very breathable for the warmer temps as well. I wouldn't recommend wearing them on a 100 degree day, but they're perfect for a 70-85 degree day. Throw on your favorite accessories and you're good to go!
