Hiiii love bugs, welcome back! I think my complaints in last week's post about the perpetual summer we've been having resonated with Mother Nature because it looks like we are officially getting the fall weather I’ve so desperately been seeking. Last weekend was an exciting one for me because it was the first weekend of the season that I was able to comfortably wear a chunky sweater and booties without sweating profusely at some point in the day. I know what you're thinking…”Okay Jamila, we get it. You love fall fashion!" Annnnd you're right. I'm a broken record at this point, but in my defense there are just soooo many cute looks to put together. Can you really blame me?
On Saturday night, Jason and I decided to have a cute little romantic dinner at Chart House. I spent the first half of the day trying on bridesmaid dresses, so I didn't want to wear anything that would be too difficult to put on and take off. At the same time, I also wanted to make sure I looked put together since I figured we would be going to a more upscale restaurant later on. The mock neck top was a bodysuit so that was a bit annoying with the whole try on process. That said, overall, this outfit served me well for the day. Details are all listed below! Tune in next week for another fun-filled episode of What Jam Loves!...You know, I typed that out and immediately got embarrassed but I said it so I'm just going to own it.
