Hi friends! Welcome back! It is with deep sadness that I have to formally announce that this will be my last coat outfit until the fall. I know, I know. I'm upset about it too, I really am. But, let's look on the bright side. Saying goodbye to coats for a while means saying hello to warm weather, cocktails and meals outside, beach/pool days, bbqs, and most importanly, spring/summer looks! As much as I love my fall/winter style, I have to admit that I am definitely ready for some fun in the sun for the next several months. It's officially feeling like winter is behind us so I thought it would only be right to officially end my winter looks with one of my most coveted coats. The infamous pink coat that I've been a broken record about since I got it. I felt like she deserved one last hurrah (until next winter).
As we all know, this past weekend was Easter so, on Saturday, Jason and I went shopping because we wanted something new and fun to wear to celebrate with our family. Luckily it was a little chillier out so it was the perfect opportunity to wear this coat all weekend since the color screams Easter Sunday. This is the look I wore for our shopping day. I went with my go-to Levi's 501 jeans, a tee, cream loafers, and a cream sweater draped over my shoulders. To be honest, this was not an ideal look for the mall because I tend to start overheating when I'm shopping and end up ripping off layers one by one. I should have known better. Was it worth it? Absolutely. All outfit details are listed below! Also, check out my Instagram to see the outfit I wore on Easter (I threw the coat on over it).
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! Until next time, tootles sugar plums! Xoxo.
